  • The terms and conditions regulate the relations between LEMON JELLY® and the customer, with regard to purchases of products made through this website.
    The customer can browse the website but to access the sales service, it is essential to meet the necessary requirements to conclude legally binding contracts in accordance with Portuguese and Community Law. You must have a valid email address and a bank account or the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
    For the customer to place an order, it is mandatory to fill in all the necessary data and accept the terms and conditions. Until the order is finalized, the customer may change all data associated with their order at any time.
    ANDARU® reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made according to ANDARU® criteria. If the order is not fulfilled, we will inform you immediately by email. Confirmation of order entry does not constitute a purchase contract, it only serves as proof that the order was received by ANDARU®.

  • ANDARU® guarantees the satisfaction of all its customers when purchasing products purchased from the online store www.andaru.pt or at ANDARU® distribution points.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

    • If the product was purchased in the online store, you must send an email to geral@andaru.pt
    • If the product was purchased in a physical store, you should contact the store directly.

    PRODUCTS

    The images on the website are the only means of representing the products and, therefore, ANDARU® does not guarantee the exact correspondence of the images to the products. For example, colors may appear different on different computer screens.

    PRICES

    All prices shown on the website include VAT, at the legal rate in force in the country of origin (Portugal), for Portugal and the European Union.
    For other countries, prices do not include additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any other applicable legislation. If necessary, the customer will therefore have to anticipate customs costs for imports and pay taxes and fees that may occur in the country of import.
